INSCOM

Since 1977, the Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) has maintained worldwide responsibility for US Army intelligence collection and production, counter-intelligence and security. Most of INSCOM’s activities, budgets and resources remain highly classified owing to its work with other DoD and federal US agencies, which include the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and the National Security Agency (NSA)

The major command MACOM has its headquarters at Ft Belvoir, Virginia, from where it operates some of the most unusual aviation assets in the world
